Redemption is offered to us in the sense that we have been given hope, trustworthy hope, by virtue of which we can face our present: the present, even if it is arduous, can be lived and accepted if it leads towards a goal, if we can be sure of this goal, and if this goal is great enough to justify the effort of the journey. Divna Ljubejovic - Serbian Orthodox Music
At its best, the Blogosphere can educate and enlighten.
I hadn't heard of Divna Ljubejovic until I discovered her on the wonderful Serbian Orthodox blog Christ In Our Midst. The English title of this is "Song of Songs". (The actual music starts after about 25 seconds.)
Thanks for the correction, and apologies for the misunderstanding. I love reading your blog - the artwork is beautiful, and the extracts from Orthodox writers are inspiring.

Lovely, thanks for posting this.
I've posted another video of Divna Ljubojevic (on December 8th) and may well be posting more in the future.
Thanks for the hat tip - just one correction - I am an Orthodox Christian who cannot claim the honor of being Serbian, just wholly American.
